Refund policy

At Krutico, every garment is carefully handcrafted and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of international shipping, customs regulations, and cross-border logistics costs, all international orders are subject to the following policy.

Exchange Window

We offer a 10-day exchange window from the date of delivery for international orders.

Requests raised after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 10 days of delivery at:

Customers must share:

  • Order number
  • Clear product images
  • Exact reason for exchange request

Exchange requests without proper details may not be processed.

Exchange Eligibility

International exchanges are available for:

  • Size exchange
  • Wrong item received
  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Customer Responsibility for Exchange Shipping

For all international exchanges, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Courier booking and shipment arrangement
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or shipping-related fees associated with returning the product

Krutico does not provide pickup service for international orders.

Once the exchange request is approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions for sending the product back.

We strongly recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking information. Krutico is not responsible for parcels lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be free from perfume, deodorant, stains, makeup marks, or body odor
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Be in resellable condition

Products failing quality inspection may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

For damaged or defective item claims, a complete unboxing video is required. Claims submitted without video evidence may be rejected.

Exchange Processing

Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection:

  • The exchange request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched based on stock availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color differences due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
  • Slight measurement variation of up to 1-2 cm
  • Natural variations in handcrafted prints, fabrics, or embroidery
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery
  • Exchange requests submitted after the 10-day exchange period

No Returns

We do not accept returns for international orders.

Exchanges are the only resolution available under this policy.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on international orders once an order has been placed.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier companies or customs authorities
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to pay customs duties or taxes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failure to receive the shipment after delivery attempts

No refund will be issued.

Any additional shipping, customs, handling, or return charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

International orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
